Biography
Amit is a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of Big Four transfer-pricing experience across India and the UAE. He advises multinational groups on the design and implementation of practical, defensible transfer-pricing and related-party frameworks, with a particular focus on UAE Corporate Tax.
His experience includes intra-group service arrangements, cost-allocation and charging models, cross-border operating structures, transfer-pricing documentation, and related-party governance. He also advises on value-chain optimisation, IP structuring, DEMPE analyses, business restructurings, Country-by-Country Reporting, and Pillar Two considerations.
Amit brings substantial transfer-pricing controversy experience in India, including support on Advance Pricing Agreement negotiations and litigation matters. He has advised multinational groups across consumer markets, life sciences and healthcare, oil and gas, energy and resources, industrial products, technology, and logistics.
He is a published contributor to Springer, the IBFD Asia-Pacific Tax Bulletin, and Taxsutra, and is a regular speaker at technical forums on UAE and Indian transfer pricing.
