John Jose serves as the Head of Operations at the Abu Dhabi office. With close to 15 years of experience across the Middle East, including time spent in Qatar and Bahrain, he brings a broad, ground-level understanding of regional business practices and regulatory environments to everything he does. John is a finance professional at his core, with deep expertise in treasury management, accounting systems, budgeting, and compliance, built over years of hands-on work before he moved into operations leadership. Prior to his current role, he served as a Finance Controller, where he sharpened his skills in financial planning, internal controls, and process improvement, experience that continues to shape how he approaches operational efficiency today. In his current position, John is responsible for driving operational performance, supporting seamless client service delivery, and ensuring the firm's activities stay aligned with CLA's strategic and quality objectives. Known for his analytical mindset and commitment to excellence, he places strong emphasis on efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization, and continues to contribute meaningfully to CLA Emirates' growth and its reputation as a trusted strategic partner across the region.
