Biography
CA Manu Palerichal is the Founder Partner and Chief Executive Officer of CLA Emirates, an independent network member of CLA Global. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, he has built a distinguished career across audit, taxation, finance, accounting, financial advisory and management consultancy.
After moving from India to Dubai in 2003, he established the practice in 2005 and has since guided its development into a multi-location professional services organisation serving clients across the UAE and wider region. Manu is recognised for his practical understanding of the UAE tax environment and for supporting businesses through the implementation of VAT and the transition to Corporate Tax.
He advises large corporates, SMEs and cross-border businesses on tax, regulatory and business matters, with a strong emphasis on client-focused service, quality and responsible growth. A committed knowledge leader, Manu regularly speaks and conducts professional sessions on Corporate Tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, VAT, Economic Substance Regulations, Ultimate Beneficial Ownership requirements and Anti-Money Laundering.
