A Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of experience across leading Big Four firms in India and the UAE, Amit brings deep expertise in transfer pricing, international taxation, value chain optimisation, business restructuring, intellectual property structuring, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and Pillar Two advisory services.

Having held senior roles at PwC India, Deloitte India, and Deloitte Middle East, Amit has advised multinational organisations on complex cross-border transactions, transfer pricing policy design, documentation, governance, dispute resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs). He is also a recognised thought leader whose work has been published in leading international tax publications and who regularly contributes to industry forums on UAE and Indian transfer pricing developments.
