What UAE organisations are dealing with
Your board is asking questions your current reporting was not built to answer. Your regulator wants evidence it can test. The technology underneath both now sits inside the scope of the audit. Most functions we work with cover more ground than they were resourced for. The work has not become harder. There is more of it, and it arrives with less notice.
How we help you get to a position
We help you see where you stand, decide what to fix first, and produce evidence a board or a regulator will accept. That starts with reading what already exists and testing whether it works. It usually ends with a shorter list than you expected. We sequence that list so the work with the widest consequences happens first.
Risk and technology, in one practice
Most firms keep them apart. We do not. Financial reporting controls depend on IT controls. Governing artificial intelligence starts in the boardroom. Testing controls across a full population is a data exercise. Where these sit in separate teams, you manage the join.
The technology work we deliver
ERP selection and implementation across SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics, with the cloud migration that usually comes with it. Process automation for the high volume, rule-driven work that currently needs a person. Data platforms and the reporting that runs on them. AI agents and internal applications. We deliver these, and we also review them independently on programmes another partner is building.
We build and run our own software
Diagnostic platforms, automation and internal tools, written in-house and used on client work. So when we talk about automating a reconciliation or building you a portal, we are describing something we have already done for ourselves. That tends to shorten the conversation about what is realistic and what it costs. It also means controls get designed in, because an auditable environment is what we build for.
