What we build, and what we run

We write software. Diagnostic tools, automation, data platforms and the reporting that sits on top of them. Our own risk and controls platforms are built in-house and used on client work. That shapes the advice you get. We know what an implementation costs and where it goes wrong, because we have done it ourselves.

Automation and the tooling behind it

Most finance and audit teams run processes that should not need a person. Invoice matching. Reconciliations. Control testing. Exception review. We automate them using the tools you already own where that works, and build where it does not. Robotic process automation, intelligent document processing, process mining and workflow. The test we apply is whether it holds up when an auditor asks how it works.

Where AI earns its place in the work

Reading documents. Drafting from structured data. Suggesting how one system's fields map to another. Those are language problems and a model handles them well. Scoring, rating and calculation stay with rules, so every number can be explained to a board. We settle that split before anything is built.

How CLA Emirates approaches this work

We come to this from an assurance background. Systems are designed so their outputs can be evidenced. Models are documented so a third party can review them. Controls are written into the requirements. That is slower at the start and much faster at the point someone asks you to prove how it works.
