What we do on an ERP programme
We select, we implement, and we assure. Selection starts with your target operating model, then tests candidate systems against it. Implementation covers process design, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live. Assurance means independent review at each stage gate, which we also provide where another partner is delivering the build. We agree at the outset which of the three roles we are taking.
Where ERP programmes usually go wrong
Two failures account for most of it. The business configures the new system to work the way it works today, and pays for a platform that preserves its existing constraints. Or controls are pushed to a later phase, and go-live happens with segregation of duties conflicts and open access to production. Both are cheap to avoid at design and expensive to unwind afterwards.
How we handle controls on an ERP build
Segregation of duties, approval limits, access design and audit trail are written into the requirements, not added at the end. That means the environment is auditable on the day you go live rather than a year later. Where UAE e-invoicing or Corporate Tax requirements affect the design, we handle them in the build.
Cloud migration and where your data sits
Most ERP decisions now carry a hosting decision with them. We work through what moves, what stays, what it costs to run and where the data physically sits. For organisations with data residency requirements, that last question usually decides the rest.
